CPD Programme Enrolment

To enrol in the NZIMLS CPD programme, simply complete the .pdf form below and forward it to the NZIMLS (see below).  Once enrolled you will not need to enrol again, provided you stay in the profession and remain financial in the programme.  The programme is available for those practising in both the Scientist and Technician scopes of professional practice.  Programme details can be viewed by visiting CPD programme 2007-2009 or by requesting a programme booklet from the NZIMLS office or the CPD programme coordinator

NB:  Please ensure that you have provided a current email address and you have endorsed your application with "Scientist" or "Technician" categories.  Acknowledgement of receipt of your application will be sent via email and will include your personal NZIMLS membership or PIN number.  Your PIN and your email address will be required for you to enter CPD points and to print a certificate during the year.
