CPD Programme Enrolment

To enrol in the NZIMLS CPD programme, simply complete the form below.  Once enrolled you will not need to enrol again, provided you stay in the profession and remain financial in the programme. The programme is available to Scientist and Technician categories of professional practice.  Programme details can be viewed by visiting - CPD programme 2007 - 2009   Any further information on the programme can be provided by the CPD programme coordinator

NB:  Please ensure that you have provided a current email address and you have endorsed your application with "Scientist" or "Technician" categories.  Acknowledgement of receipt of your application will be sent via email and will include your personal NZIMLS membership or PIN number.  Your PIN and your email address will be required for you to enter CPD points and to print a certificate during the year.
