|Abstract:||Uncontrolled hyperglycaemia can lead to diabetic ketoacidosis. It evolves within a short time and if not addressed urgently can lead to serious complications. The purpose of this case study was to interpret laboratory results and raise high risk alert and inform to physician or refer them to appropriate centres for immediate management of the condition.|
