Professional Advisor (Medical Laboratory Scientist) - Part time

Te Kaunihera Pūtaiao Hauora o Aotearoa | Medical Sciences Council is seeking applications for a part-time Professional Advisor (Medical Laboratory Scientist) position based in Wellington.

This fixed-term role is 0.5 FTE for up to nine months and will support an important strategic project focused on the Council's scope of practice work.

The Council is responsible for protecting the health and safety of New Zealanders by ensuring medical laboratory scientists and anaesthetic technologists are competent and fit to practise.

To be eligible for the role, applicants must:

Be a registered Medical Laboratory Scientist

Hold a current practising certificate

Be in good standing with the Council

Be based in Wellington.
